Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle, hands-on technique that supports the movement of fluid and waste throughout the body. Using light, rhythmic movements directed towards key drainage points, it encourages natural flow, helping the body release buildup and function more efficiently.

in my opinion everyone can benefit from lymphatic support differently, but some cases I would highly recommend it include:
you have digestive issues like bloating and constipation
you struggle with chronic breakouts, eczema, or psoriasis
you are trying to conceive or will be in the next 6-12 months
you struggle with hormonal acne, water retention or other forms of PMS
you experience sinus pressure, allergies, or frequent congestion
you have noticed your nails, skin and hair are a bit dry and brittle
you have had a significant injury, accident or surgery
you sit at a desk all day or have long periods of stagnation
you eat well and workout but can’t seem to lose that extra fluff or puffy feeling
you’re preparing for an event, photoshoot or just want to feel lighter and more sculpted
you find it difficult to take time for yourself or relax

I use the LINFA Method, both a clinical and aesthetic approach to lymphatic drainage that focuses on nervous system regulation. Through gentle, rhythmic movements, it shifts the body out of stress so fluid can move, detoxification can occur, and tissue is supported.
The results with LINFA are often better flow, less stagnation, and a body that feels lighter, clearer, and noticeably different.

Because MLD supports the movement of fluid and detoxification pathways it is normal to notice a few temporary shifts after your session.
Common effects include:
feeling lighter or heavier
increased urination or thirst
reduced bloating and/or puffiness
increase or decrease in bowel movements
a really deep sleep afterwards
reduced tension or sinus pressure
Occasional effects include:
mild fatigue or a need for a nap
slight headache
an emotional release
Most clients will feel their best within 24 hours of treatment!

Treatment frequency is always tailored to you and what your body needs. Some clients come in monthly for ongoing support and maintenance, while others start with a more consistent rhythm, like weekly or bi-weekly sessions to help the body build momentum and restore flow.
We can discuss frequency options based on your body, schedule, and finances during our first session.
